1. Operator

2. Who we are
This service ("Inbox Placement Test", the "Service") lets you verify whether email you send lands in the inbox, spam, or promotions folder at major providers.
3. What we collect
When you start a test, we collect:
- The email address you submit (used to rate-limit and associate the test with you).
- Your IP address (used for rate-limiting and abuse prevention).
- For each seed mailbox, the folder placement (inbox, spam, promotions, etc.), the received timestamp, and authentication results parsed from headers (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, spam score).
4. Message processing and diagnostic data
We read copies delivered to our test mailboxes to determine placement and run diagnostics. Saved results can include the observed sender address, message identifiers, authentication domains, sending IP, links and diagnostic excerpts. Sender details are also used to route reports and requested monitoring notifications.
Full raw headers, message bodies and subjects are not stored as test database fields; hashes and derived analysis are stored. Message copies remain in the test mailboxes until mailbox cleanup. Requested webmail screenshots can contain visible message content. Optional AI and link checks process the content needed for those checks.
5. Purpose & legal basis
We process the above data to provide the Service you requested (contractual necessity) and to prevent abuse (legitimate interest). We do not use your data for marketing or share it with third parties for marketing.
6. Retention
Test records (including placement results, SPF/DKIM/DMARC verdicts, and your submitted email) are retained for 7 days and then automatically deleted. Rate-limit counters are retained for up to 24 hours. Sender pages, accounts and monitoring subscriptions are separate from test records and are not deleted when an individual test expires.
7. Your rights
You can:
- Delete your test at any time using the "Delete this test" button on the results page.
- Request deletion, access, or correction of any data we hold about you by emailing privacy@live-direct-marketing.online.
8. Security
Data is stored on encrypted volumes. IMAP credentials for seed mailboxes are encrypted at rest. Traffic is served over HTTPS.
9. Cookies & analytics
The Service uses a session cookie (icp_session) when you sign in to the account portal, and a consent-preference entry in browser storage (cookie_consent) to remember your choice.
Yandex Metrica (Webvisor) are the site's analytics providers. Metrica and Session Replay load regardless of your banner choice. Other analytics and click events require "Accept". Your choice is remembered on reload. Necessary test requests work regardless of analytics consent.
Anti-abuse challenges (Cloudflare Turnstile / hCaptcha) may set their own strictly-necessary cookies.
10. Geographic availability
The Service is not available in certain jurisdictions. Requests from those regions receive an HTTP 451 response.
11. Changes
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date at the top will change. Material changes will be announced on the homepage.
