Searching for a Hello Inbox alternative, its pricing, or an independent review? Start with the job you need done. HelloInbox presents itself as an AI deliverability stack: its public feature list includes email and inbox placement tests, DMARC monitoring, list verification, content tools, monitoring and an AI assistant. Inbox Check focuses on a different question: where does this message land across mailbox providers?
This is a comparison of public product pages and published plan details, checked September 28, 2026. We did not create a HelloInbox account or run a paid hands-on trial. Features and prices can change; confirm current terms on the HelloInbox website.
Hello Inbox pricing: what the public page lists
The monthly pricing selector on HelloInbox’s public site lists four plans. The page also advertises annual billing with a 20% saving, so verify the checkout price and billing period before subscribing.
| Plan | Published price | Published limits and features |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $0/month | 3 deliverability tests/month, 5 AI chats/month, 1 sending domain; the page lists inbox placement tests and other tools. |
| Pro | $49/month | 50 deliverability tests/month, unlimited AI chats, 20 inbox placement tests/month and 1,000 email verifications/month. |
| Business | $129/month | 250 deliverability tests, 5 sending domains, 100 inbox placement tests/month and 5 team members. |
| Enterprise | Custom | Agency-oriented plan with unlimited team members, white-label lead form, custom integrations and SLA/priority support. |
These are the figures shown on the official HelloInbox pricing page at the time of review. The feature counts above reproduce its public plan descriptions; they are not a guarantee of current availability or a claim about product performance.
Which tool fits your use case?
| If you need… | A reasonable starting point |
|---|---|
| A broad set of deliverability tools, ongoing monitoring, list verification and AI guidance | Evaluate HelloInbox’s published plans and confirm that the tools and monthly limits match your workflow. |
| A quick answer about Inbox, Spam or Promotions placement across providers | Run a free Inbox Check placement test. The public site lists 10 mailbox providers and says no signup is required. |
| Pre-send content feedback | Compare the specific analyzer inputs and outputs you need. Inbox Check offers a separate pre-send analysis; it is not a replacement for a full deliverability suite. |
| An agency workflow with team access and white-labeling | HelloInbox’s public page describes these under Enterprise; request current terms directly from the vendor. |
What an Inbox Check report can tell you
A placement report is useful when it measures the actual message you plan to send. Inbox Check sends a test to seed mailboxes across 10 providers and reports where it was found, including Inbox, Spam or other available folders. The report also includes checks such as SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Results describe that test and those mailboxes; they cannot promise how every recipient’s personal inbox will treat a future campaign.
AI advice can help interpret a result and suggest next steps. It does not replace the placement observation itself. If a vendor’s AI says to change authentication or copy, make one change at a time and run the same test again so you can see what changed.

HelloInbox review: strengths and trade-offs
- Breadth: its public page brings testing, AI assistance, DMARC monitoring, verification and other deliverability tools together.
- Published entry point: a free Starter plan is listed, with paid tiers for higher test limits and team needs.
- Scope: if you only need a placement check, a multi-tool subscription may include more than you need. A focused test can answer that narrower question without evaluating the rest of the suite.
- Evidence: public feature descriptions tell you what a product offers, not whether your own campaign will reach the inbox. Test your own sending setup and message.
Our take: when to choose HelloInbox or a focused test
HelloInbox deserves credit for putting placement testing beside AI guidance, DMARC monitoring and list verification, with a published free entry plan. For teams that use that full toolkit, its breadth may justify evaluating the suite. Our view is narrower: when the decision is simply “where did this campaign email land?”, start with the message itself. Inbox Check gives a no-signup test and observes the same received copy over 24 hours across 10 providers, showing observed folders and times while marking unknown intervals. That is a practical first comparison, not a promise about every recipient or a replacement for HelloInbox’s broader functions.
A fair way to compare inbox placement tools
- Use the same sender, sending platform, subject and message in each test.
- Check which mailbox providers and folders each report actually covers; don’t compare unlike provider samples as if they were identical.
- Record the test date and repeat after a meaningful change. Placement can vary with reputation, content and recipient-provider behavior.
- Compare the value you use with the plan limits and price, then decide whether you need a point test or a wider monitoring suite.
